FHFA: Performance & Accountability Reports

LRG was selected to provide graphic design services for the Federal Housing and Finance Agency (FHFA)’S annual Performance and Accountability Report four years in a row. The project required concepting several report layout options for the agency to select from, along with layout of more than 100 pages of text in just a few days.

This document, which is the agency’s primary report, details FHFA’s activities as regulator of the Federal Home Loan Bank System and as regular and conservator of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mae. LRG collected annual data from FHFA, manipulated it and rendered it into graphics that were easy to understand. LRG ensured that all versions of the report were Section 508-compliant.
