National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment

For the past seven years LRG has served as the lead logistic and communications contractor for HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau bi-annual gathering—the National Ryan White Conference on HIV/AIDS Care & Treatment (NRWC). The NRWC is one of the largest conferences the federal government puts on, typically attracting nearly 4,000 in attendance and offering up to 300 breakout and continuing education courses. LRG develops the conference website, registration system, and all marketing materials.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, LRG was responsible for taking the entire 2020 conference virtual in a matter of three months. Over 5,000 attendees participated virtually in the 2020 conference, and during peak periods, close to 8,000 users were logged on to view key plenary speakers. LRG was recently awarded the contract to plan the 2022 NWRC as a hybrid conference.
